HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN?
- Verify you're entering the correct user name.
- Passwords are case sensitive, so ensure you don't have caps lock enabled.
Remember that your password conforms to the following rules:
- must consist of at least 14
- must contain at least 1 lower case letter
- must contain at least 1 upper case letter
- must contain at least 1 numeric character
- must contain at least 1 special character ($, %, !, etc.)
- at least 1 numeric and 1 special character must be EMBEDDED somewhere in the middle of the password
- must not contain white spaces
- must not contain username
- must not contain more than 2 same characters in a row
- must not start or end with special character ($, %, !, etc.)
If you still can't log in, enter your user name to reset your password.
